Transforming the Agile Organization and the concept of “Agile Thinking” has permeated all aspects of Organization Development and is no longer restricted to the technology environment. This course provides leaders of all disciplines an understanding of how to embrace and implement Agile concepts across the organization, projects, and teams in order to maintain the competitive edge. We will discuss the importance of agility and how it affects the solutions that are being delivered by an organization.
