Scaling Agile
Course Code: AMS1137
Scaling Agile aligns to the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) principles required to work in a multiple team & track environment to deliver at scale. Participants will be able to explore the activities required to execute the one product owner, shared backlog delivery methodology and consider the barriers and obstacles that they will both face a need to overcome. This scrum of scrum approach will help them identify and overcome cross-team dependencies, identify, and mitigate risk whilst maintaining effective scheduling practices.
