Resilience in Change is not another course about embracing the concept of change, it is about the emotions that drive us during the moments of change. As we establish the “next normal” professionals will encounter a rollercoaster of emotions, reactions, and difficult decisions along the way. Experience shows that successful organizations and people during turbulence are best described to have Emotional Intelligence, Grit, Vision, and Conviction of Purpose.
