Regardless of a LEAN, Six-Sigma, Agile, or Project Based organizational design, the processes that drive micro workflows, must be adaptive, and measured by productivity. This course focuses on the essential elements of Process Excellence and gives participants a strong foundation for the core competencies required to manage process across varied business verticals.
