Critical Thinking is a key skill in today’s organizations and is used for decision making, innovation advancement, and leadership planning. In this course participants will learn to use a model and explore the key steps necessary in applying critical thinking skills and developing a well-reasoned and implementable solution that addresses the underlying needs. Participants will examine how to evaluate and weigh information to gain insights, draw conclusions and plan for action in gaining stakeholder buy-in and engagement once decisions have been made.
