Agile Stakeholder Engagement is an opportunity to identify, assess, discover, and explore how best to partner with key stakeholders by leveraging the Agile Mindset and Methodology. Participants will be able to develop strategies for building relationships. By examining and better understanding the requirements, expectations, motives, and desired outcomes of others. Participants will accelerate the pace of their projects and initiatives while maintaining the alignment and commitment to the Agile environment, allowing them to deliver enhanced value for their team and Agile Projects.
