Agile Product Ownership can be seen as an umbrella that hovers over the Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Agile Team. A Product Owner (PO) must have a blend of business, technical, leadership, and project management skills in order to drive client engagement, collaboration, and uptake. This course will focus on the core competency areas that enable the PO to drive value into the product development life cycle. Participants will be led by an executive facilitator with an emphasis on the leadership attributes necessary to build upon the business logic of the requirements, through the technical attributes supporting them.
