Agile Problem Solving is best utilized when challenged by production demand and the need to “think” about and solve complex problems, in less time. Enterprise planning and having agility is at the forefront of many leaders’ objectives, enabling teams to understand how data and agility must harmonize to make prudent and timely decisions is critical. The application of creative, strategic, critical, systems, and deductive/inductive thought process is a key factor in resolving “wicked problems.” This course offers participants exposure to multiple “thinking channels,” SCRUM considerations, Kanban modeling, and the corelating tools to generate solutions within time constrained and high-impact environments.
