Phase 3: Integration - Enterprise Systems Architecture Change Management

This takes place after the initial 2 phases and will be scoped independently as it is dependent on the output of phase 1 and 2. The ultimate goal is to provide a guide to optimization within a measurable, progressive, and structured Project Execution Plan (PEP) that can be collaboratively implemented with the AMS team of experts and your internal technologists to ensure a sustainable and well-informed strategy.
