The AMS Practice Advisor Team stands in support of our Leadership Team and in many cases are in parallel roles, (as described in the tab above). This team dynamically interacts with both the client stakeholder and our Implementation Teams (see the tab below), while offering the subject matter expertise to execute against the full portfolio of AMS solutions.
The AMS Implementation Team provides clients with the highest level of innovation, experience, and coordinated project execution best practice. This team is often comprised of regionally located Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), with a line of report to the Practice Advisor and Leadership Teams, thus ensuring performance measurement, client alignment, scalability, and optimal continuity through the solution lifecycle.
The AMS Support & Analyst Team is made up of experts who are focused on the details needed to ensure our clients have access to the most current intellectual property, are provided with accurate measurement against the execution plan, and provide a bridge between the implementation team and project stakeholders as deliverables are met and coordinated through the Client-Centric Engagement Models.
