He also served as the Talent Management leader for three divisions within Thermo Fisher, where his work supported organizational optimization and elevated human performance across complex, science-driven environments. His contributions at Thermo Fisher reflect his deep expertise in designing scalable, high-impact development programs that align with both business strategy and workforce capability.
Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Ken held senior leadership roles in Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness at several major organizations. He led Global Talent Management and Development for QVC in West Chester, PA, served as Vice President of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA, and was Vice President of Global Talent Management at Merrill Lynch in New York City. Across these roles, Ken consistently built and led high-performing teams, driving talent strategies that identified and developed leaders at all levels.
Ken holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Allegheny College, an MBA from Babson College, and completed advanced coursework in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University. His academic foundation, paired with decades of practical experience, positions him as a thought leader in leadership development, organizational transformation, and human performance optimization.
