Becoming a Coach helps organizations develop emerging leaders, managers, internal coaches, succession candidates, and high-potential professionals who need to develop others with confidence, consistency, and care. Anchored in AMS Academy’s 4x4 Training Design Model℠ and AI-Powered Diagnostic & Customization Framework℠, the course meets participants at the right level and guides practical skill application. It strengthens coaching presence, listening discipline, purposeful questioning, development conversations, accountability, and leader-led growth.

Participants will build capability in active listening, GROW conversations, strengths-based development, appreciative inquiry, feedback, SMART goals, motivation, accountability, and follow-through. AI supports coaching preparation through reflection prompts, conversation planning, theme synthesis, goal drafting, progress review, and manager coaching notes. The emphasis remains on human trust, empathy, presence, confidentiality, and accountable leadership judgment. Depending on selected modular content, customization needs, delivery modality, and client purpose, the experience can range from a focused 90-minute session to a multi-day program of up to three full days.
