The client is a multinational staffing and workforce solutions provider with operations in over 80 countries. Known for its high-volume placement capabilities across healthcare, logistics, and government sectors, the firm specializes in contingent labor, direct hire, and workforce management services. Challenge
The client faced a high-stakes requirement to fulfill a large-scale government contract that mandated PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) for nearly 5,000 associates. The timeline was aggressive, six months to upskill, test, and credential the workforce. Solution
