As the Senior Director of Global Talent Development for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Ken has led the leadership and management development efforts for the organization’s 130,000 employees worldwide. He also served as the Talent Management leader for three divisions at Thermo Fisher. Previous to joining Thermo Fisher, Ken lead Global Talent Management and Development for QVC in West Chester PA, was the Vice President of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA, and served as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Merrill Lynch in New York City. Throughout his 30-year career, Ken has managed Talent Management and Development teams to ensure the identification and development of talent at all levels.
Ken holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Allegheny College, an MBA from Babson College, and completed coursework in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University.
