Global Human Resources was challenged to create a strategy in alignment with the board of directors' edict to position autonomy in various regions without disrupting the organization’s hierarchy, especially concerning diversity and inclusion. This complex task required careful balancing of regional autonomy while maintaining a unified corporate culture. Conflicts in agendas among different regional leaders, misreads on the strategic direction, and project breakdowns were plaguing the organization. These issues significantly impacted the execution of projects and the organization’s ability to bring products to market on time. Solution

AMS facilitated several individual and group forums to help both the board of directors and global HR leaders define the underlying challenges related to the transformation.
