In the Critical Thinking: Steps to Develop Reasoned Solutions course participants will learn to use a model and explore the key steps necessary in applying critical thinking skills and developing a well-reasoned and implementable solution that addresses the underlying needs. Participants will examine how to evaluate and weigh information to gain insights, draw conclusions and plan for action in gaining stakeholder buy-in and engagement once decisions have been made. These skills can be applied from many different perspectives including, risk management, decision making, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
