Clarissa focuses her efforts on delivering Project Management, Technical & Power Skills, Business Analysis, Leadership, and General Continuous Improvement Training Delivery and Consulting. She is a seasoned corporate trainer, project manager, and business consultant with more than 25 years of experience in designing and delivering high-impact learning for professional audiences. As President and CEO of Projections Training Solutions, she works with federal agencies, private-sector organizations, and international clients to provide results-driven training in leadership, project management, business analysis, workplace communication, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Her background includes senior instructional and leadership roles with organizations such as Boston University, Columbus State University, and Graduate School USA, where she has built a reputation for versatility, professionalism, and strong learner outcomes.

Over the course of her career, Clarissa has trained more than 10,000 professionals worldwide and has served clients including the DoD, NASA, FEMA, Microsoft, Citibank, Del Monte, and Symantec among others. She is also a sought-after speaker who has presented for organizations and events including the Federal Highway Administration, the Department of Health, the Federal Reserve Bank, the Pentagon, and the International Institute of Business Analysis. Known for making complex topics practical, engaging, and immediately applicable, she brings a rare combination of executive presence, instructional expertise, and real-world business experience to every classroom, workshop, and consulting engagement.
Clarissa holds an impressive portfolio of professional credentials, including PMP, MCT, MOS, MCCT, ECBA, CSM, Project+, and ITILv4. She continues to stay at the forefront of professional development and instructional innovation devoting a lot of her time to learning, researching, and applying artificial intelligence to a variety of professional disciplines.
Having completed the Google AI Essentials certificate, she now incorporates leading AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and Perplexity into her professional development, consulting, and training work. Whether she is teaching government or corporate professionals, coaching teams, speaking to leadership audiences, or designing learning experiences, Clarissa is recognized for delivering polished, relevant, and forward-looking instruction that equips professionals to perform at a higher level.
Later, she directed continuing education programs for Columbus State University while concurrently handling all information technology matters for her large department. Clarissa went on to work as Director of Training for a regional company and then began combining her leadership and teaching experience with curriculum development, business analysis and project management.
She also authored and co-authored training manuals that were used nationally for these new technologies. Clarissa served as Director of Boston University’s TrainingTrack Project Management Programs for three years. Clarissa has been and remains a catalyst for new project management, service management, business analysis, management, and education initiatives.
She is certified as a project management professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) through Examination Institute for Information Science in the Netherlands (EXIN), and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) amongst others. She has spoken to many PMI chapters across the country and around the world and has personally interviewed and evaluated hundreds of experienced instructor candidates vying for placement in Boston University’s vanguard project management program.
Her leadership, project management, service management, and business analysis collaborations include work with project managers, instructors, PMI chapters, and businesses in the United States, Singapore, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, China, Japan, Hawaii, and Canada. This polished professional enjoys speaking to audiences on a variety of topics from project management to self-actualization. She has spoken in Toronto, Canada, at Project World, a national project management conference. She has also spoken at the American Society for Quality (ASQ) chapter in Virginia Beach, VA, the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) in Nashville, TN, and the Federal Reserve Bank in Richmond, VA.
