This AMS course provides a deep insight to the skills, tools, and techniques associated with Strategic Stakeholder Management. It can be used as part of a progressive curricular, standalone learning experience, or team up-skilling initiative. Strategic Stakeholder Management is a key skill in today’s progressive organizations. Understanding and managing the communications, expectations, and culture of your stakeholder community is a critical success factor in many project centric, and matrixed organizational structures. This course will provide tools, techniques, and best practices to manage a complex network of stakeholders. Participants will enhance their experience by interacting with imbedded scenarios, participating in table exercises, building a personal action plan, and sharing with their peers.
