This AMS course provides a deep insight to the skills, tools, and techniques associated with Project Management Leadership, and can be used as part of a progressive curricular, standalone learning experience, or team up-skilling initiative.  Project Management Leadership is a key skill-set in today’s progressive organizations. This course focusses on the ellements of interpersonal skills associated with leading in complex organizations.  Taking into consideration the organizations culture, cross-functional workflow, distributed teams, and technology/methodology baseline, we will help particpants design their skill-set to navigate these macro ellements.  In addition, the course considers the “human elements” that impact performance within the organizations framework.  Considerations such as, Leadership vs Management, problem solving, conflict resolution, and Leadership & High Performing Teams are all discussed. Participants will enhance their experience by interacting with imbedded scenarios, participating in table exercises, building a personal action plan, and sharing with their peers.
