Ginger Legon, CPCC, is a Principal Consultant – Practice Advisor at Advanced Management Services, Inc. (AMS), a Global Management Consulting firm, practicing in the areas of Organizational Development Consulting, Professional Development Training, and Performance Coaching. AMS has been serving Fortune 100/500, Middle-Market, Emerging High-Growth, and Government clients since 1994.

As a Principal Consultant – Practice Advisor, Ginger focuses her efforts on improving organizational and employee performance, management and leadership development, team building and empowering women in leadership. Her work centers around harnessing potential and developing the necessary skills to become an empowered leader. She has a strong track record of success in transforming the capabilities of people to support a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.

Before relocating to Los Angeles, she designed and facilitated leadership development trainings for The Leadership Program based in New York City, a women-owned business that focuses on creating transformative experiences to empower and encourage diversity in leaders.

At the Leadership Program, she developed, facilitated and managed the programs implemented by a team of 110 leadership facilitators serving thousands of clients annually. She created innovative training and development programs for clients including weekly offerings called The Leadership Classroom.

She contributed to two published books: Building Family and HERstory. She has a private coaching practice and facilitates various collaborations including coaching and leadership development with Capital One.

Ginger obtained her CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) from one of the leading coaching schools in the US: The Co-Active Training Institute; as recognized by the International Coach-ing Federation where she passed rigorous standards of qualifications and ethical practices. She received her Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) from the world’s leading comprehensive training program based on the research of Martin Seligman (University of Pennsylvania) harnessing skills that enable individuals and organizations to thrive.
