This AMS course provides a deep insight to the skills, tools, and techniques associated with Preparing for the PMP Exam, and can be used as part of a progressive curricular, standalone learning experience, or team up-skilling initiative. Preparing for the PMP Exam is a sought after accreditation in today’s progressive organizations. This intensive course prepares participants for the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) exam, 6th Edition. Attendees will participate in a review course with sample questions and scenarios likely to be encountered during the test. This course is directed at what individual participants will require to study in order to pass the PMP exam and to arrange their study time most effectively. Participants will enhance their experience by interacting with imbedded scenarios, participating in table exercises, building a personal action plan, and sharing with their peers.
