Executive Change Management in an Acquisition Environment

In an environment driven by acquisition, change and the impact of change are the most critical factors for an executive team to embrace and manage. This program is designed to help executives identify, control and manage employee performance and morale during the change process prior to, during and post-acquisition.  Attendees will learn how to better identify high potential candidates, understand the elements that drive retention and learn how to manage natural and planned attrition.
