As a key component to the PIE Learning System, the AMS Competency Identification Performance Modeling (CIPM) process is fully integrated in our instructional design template and is a core component of the AMS Learning Measurement methodology.  Clients have the option to embed existing competency models into the measurement matrix of the course as well as having AMS help to craft updated and benchmarked models if the organization does not have one refined.
