Solution Overview

AMS assessments are developed to complement our consulting and training programs. They can be customized to meet the needs of your organization, utilized for stand-alone application, or as a precursor to a consulting or training program.

All AMS assessments are built on industry standards, various bodies of knowledge, best practice standards and/or internal performance metrics.

The results from these tools are analyzed by a senior AMS consultant and aligned to parallel industry benchmarks when possible. The narrative comments are all considered and no report is ever generated via a canned response.

All of our assessment solutions can be converted to a 360 degree model.

AMS assessments align directly to our training content as well. Many of these tools are used in conjunction with our Learning Customization and render focused, "just in time" training programs for our clients.
