PMBOK Project Management Skills Assessment (PMSA)

The PMSA helps individuals identify skill gaps, strengths and weaknesses around nine core Project Management competency areas correlating with the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Once identified, these gaps can be filled with customized training, self study, or structured coaching. The results of the assessment are categorized into the nine specific PMBOK areas and then aligned with statistical benchmarks and narrative recommendations.  These outputs graphically illustrate target areas for improvement by priority ranking and then correlate narrative  recommendations based on a best practice database.  Each report is reviewed by an AMS Consultant prior to return, ensuring that the practical aspects of project management have also been taken into consideration.

The assessment is web based and can be completed within 20 minutes.
