The LSST can be customized to the needs of a specific organization, or used in a standard format to align with industry best leadership practices. The tool is designed to assess an individual's capacity for leadership responsibility, and recommend a specific path of development to fill any identified competency gaps. Each report is reviewed by an AMS consultant prior to return, ensuring that the practical aspects of leadership have also been taken into consideration.

The assessment is web based and can be completed within 20 minutes.
