Critical Business Skills Assessment (CBSA)
 
The Critical Business Skills Assessment (CBSA) is a self-assessment designed to assess an individual's competencies in Critical Business Skill topic areas that allow you to contribute to the overall effectiveness of your organization. The AMS Critical Business Skills Assessment provides clients insight into their abilities and how they affect their organization.  General critical business skills have been strategically grouped into five primary areas: Business Knowledge, Communication Skills, Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, and Decision Making.  Each area contains a comprehensive set of questions allowing for detailed analysis of the AMS suite of critical business skills.

The assessment is web based and can be completed within 15 minutes.
