• Advanced degree.

• Industry accreditation.

• Candidate is interviewed by two executive team members and the VP of Consulting Services.

• Candidate is expected to stay current with all industry trends.

• Candidate is expected to stay current with academic advancements.

• Candidate is expected to write and/or publish in their area of expertise.

• Candidate is to comply with an annual review process based on client feedback and internal performance measurements.

Contract Instructor:

• 15 years corporate experience.

• 5 years training experience.

• Advanced degree.

• Industry accreditation.

• Candidate is interview by two executive team members and the VP of consulting services.

• Candidate is expected to stay current with all industry trends.

• Candidate is expected to stay current with academic advancements.

• Candidate is to comply with an annual review process based on client feedback and internal performance measurements.

All of these criteria are managed internally and align with our client facing project and service methodologies.

Additionally, we operate an internal portal that all Consultants and Instructors can access when working on team projects as well as for updates related to policy and delivery process.

All Consultants and Instructors are trained on a unique delivery style that clearly separates academia from practical transfer of knowledge.  Our hands on and “real world” style are the key to our success with clients.
